In dit portaal registreert u het aantal (producten met) batterijen en accu’s welke u als eerste in Nederland op de markt heeft gebracht. Uw opgave wordt gebruikt om het totale gewicht batterijen en accu’s dat alle deelnemers jaarlijks op de Nederlandse markt brengen, te rapporteren aan de Nederlandse overheid.

• U doet na afloop van elke periode (maand, kwartaal of jaar) opgave. U krijgt automatisch een e-mail van Stibat waarin we u verzoeken om opgave te doen.
• Doe alleen opgave van batterijen die afkomstig zijn uit het buitenland en in Nederland op de markt zijn gebracht. Batterijen die afkomstig zijn van een Nederlands bedrijf of batterijen die naar het buitenland zijn gegaan, moeten niet op worden gegeven.
• Doe ook opgave van batterijen en accu's waar Stibat geen beheerbijdrage voor in rekening brengt. Bijvoorbeeld zware, industriële batterijen. Deze vallen ook onder de rapportageplicht aan de overheid.
• Als u geen batterijen hoeft op te geven, dan kunt u dit aangeven door een zogenoemde ‘nulopgave’ te doen. Zorg dat er minimaal één (product met) batterij in uw batterijlijst staat. Vul tijdens het doen van de opgave geen (nul) aantal batterijen in en klik direct op ‘Verzenden’.
• Uw opgave wordt binnen enkele dagen verwerkt en indien van toepassing gevolgd door een factuur van Stichting Batterijen, Stichting EPAC en/of Stichting Autobatterij Recycling (ARN).
• Facturen voor jaardeelnemers waarvan de gefactureerde beheerbijdrage minder dan 5 euro bedraagt, worden niet verstuurd.
• Uw inkoopnummer kunt u vermelden tijdens het doen van de opgave. Deze zal op de factuur komen te staan.
• Werkt uw pincalculator of token niet meer? Dan kunt u inloggen met een wachtwoord. Vraag deze op via het inlogscherm.

In this portal you register the number of (products with) batteries and accumulators that you were the first to market in the Netherlands. Your statement is used to report to the Dutch government the total weight of batteries and accumulators that come onto the Dutch market each year.

• You submit a statement at the end of each period (month, quarter or year). You will automatically receive an e-mail from Stibat in which we ask you to submit a statement.
• Only report batteries that originate from abroad and were marketed in the Netherlands. Batteries coming from a Dutch supplier or batteries that have been shipped abroad should not be reported.
• Also report batteries and accumelators for which Stibat does not charge a management fee. For instance heavy, industrial batteries. These are also subject to the reporting obligation to the government.
• If you have zero batteries to report, specify this by submitting a so-called 'zero statement'. Make sure there is at least on (product with a) battery in your battery list. When submitting your statement, do not enter any number of batteries (zero) and click on 'Send' immediately.
• Your statement will be processed within a few days and, if applicable, followed by an invoice from Stichting Batterijen, Stichting EPAC and/or Stichting Autobatterij Recycling (ARN).
• Invoices for annual participants whose invoiced management contribution is less than 5 euros will not be sent.
• You can state your purchase number when submitting the statement. This will appear on the invoice.
